Growing up in Jamaica, I spent my summers shadowing my father, a dedicated building contractor. Those days on construction sites instilled in me a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship, discipline, and vision required to turn a blueprint into a home.

A Personal Perspective on Your Journey Having personally navigated the real estate process four times—most recently in November 2024 with the completion of my family’s custom-built dream home—I understand the emotional and financial weight of these milestones.
